Abstract

Trinh Luu will be one of the interviewers of and respondents to Van Tran Nguyen. Luu is a literary scholar and co-editor of Republican Vietnam: 1963–1975: War, Society, Diaspora. In 2020–2021, she was a research fellow at the University of Oregon’s Global Studies Institute. She earned her PhD in comparative literature from the University of California, Berkeley, where she served as a managing editor of the Journal of Vietnamese Studies from 2014 to 2019. Her work examines Vietnamese law and literature, Asian American literature, human rights, and postwar migration.
